Sending and Automating Forms

Can I automate multiple forms at a time?

Each Service can automate 1 form. It's possible to have multiple Services which each automate different forms.

If I create a new client, will a form be sent if form automation is turned off?

If form automation is turned off, a form will not be sent to a new client.

Can I send forms or agreements to patients by SMS?

No, sending forms or agreements to patients by SMS is not currently supported.

Can I cancel or remove a form that has already been emailed to a patient?

No, it is not possible to cancel or remove a form once it has been emailed to a patient.

Can I send out forms in bulk?

Noterro does not support sending forms in bulk to multiple patients at once. Forms can be automated per service or sent individually to patients, but bulk sending is not available.

Can I access these forms to email to a new client that isn't in the system yet? The person does not have a profile yet.

Yes. You can email forms to new clients at any time; this will automatically create a new profile for them in the system.
