You can streamline your onboarding process by automatically emailing intake forms to clients when they book an appointment for the first time. This is managed through the Form Automation settings for each service.
Automatically Emailing Intake Forms to New Clients
Set up your system to automatically send intake forms to new clients as part of the appointment booking process.
- Log in as an Admin.
- Click the Gear icon.
- Select Base Set-Up.
- Click on Services.
- Click on the specific Service you want to configure (e.g., initial appointment).
- Scroll down to the Form Automation section.
- Select the Intake Form you want to send and choose your desired Timing (e.g., Send when booked).
- Click Save.
Tip: Because Form Automation is managed per service, don't forget to repeat these steps for any other services where you want new clients to automatically receive your intake forms!
