How do I find all my patients with no appointments?
You can generate a Patients without Appointments Report to find all your patients with no appointments.
How to find transactions not assigned to a practitioner?
You can view this information in the Invoice Payments Report. To identify transactions that aren't assigned to a practitioner, look at the Items column, which will display "# of service(s) by UNKNOWN practitioner." This status indicates that the transaction is associated with a service that does not currently have a practitioner assigned to it.
