No, currently it's not possible to save a nickname or preferred name to a patient profile.
Is there a way to store patient social security numbers?
Noterro doesn't have a dedicated social security number field. You would need to create a custom form field on your forms to collect information that isn't captured in a dedicated field.
Is there a way to allow patients to book by gender?
No, it's not possible for patients to book by the practitioner's gender. However, they could choose a specific practitioner when booking online.

It's not possible to add fields to the profile fields section.
Is there an option to auto-text/email clients on their Birthdays?
We don't have automated birthday notifications, but it's on our roadmap.

Noterro doesn't have 2-way communication. Noterro sends notifications to patients but further communication would need to be done outside of Noterro.

Yes the same email can be used for two accounts.

The complete now button is only present because the Patient does not have an email on their file. Once an email is added, you are able to email your patients' agreements or forms.

You can track email delivery statuses, but you cannot track if the email was opened or read; only its delivery status

How can I move all patients' work phone numbers to the cell phone field?
You have to do manually transfer. Currently, Noterro doesn’t have a bulk option to do that.
