Automate the sending of forms to patients when they book specific services. This feature is particularly useful for gathering necessary information from new patients before their appointments.
Enabling Form Automation
Configure your system to automatically send forms when certain services are booked.
- Log into your account as the Admin.
- Click the Gear icon (located in the top right corner).
- Navigate to Base Set-Up.
- Scroll to the Services section.
- Select a service for which you want to automate a form.
- Scroll to Form Automation.
- Use the drop-down menu to select a form.
- Choose the timing of the form delivery.
- Click Save.
Important Note: The Form Automation feature does not support Classes or Group Bookings. Additionally, Form Automation allows attaching only one form. If multiple forms are needed, the practitioner must manually send them via the patient's profile.
Disabling Form Automation
If necessary, remove automated form delivery for a specific service.
- Log into your account as the Admin.
- Click the Gear icon in the top right header.
- Select Base Setup.
- Scroll down to the Service sections.
- Click on the Service Name with form automation enabled.
- Navigate to Form Automation.
- Use the dropdown menu and select Don't Use Form Automation.
- Click Save.
Important Note: By choosing the option 'Don't send if the Patient already has this form outstanding or completed,' you can prevent redundant emails and ensure that forms are not re-sent once completed.
