Can I change the automated voice for call reminders?
Yes, you can edit the voice reminders within the Notification Templates section of your Clinic Settings.

The core plan does not have voice or SMS reminders. To have these features you will need to upgrade to the Plus plan.
Can a client cancel an appointment via the phone call reminder?
Patients can only confirm their appointments through the Voice message reminder. If your patient needs to cancel they need to call into the clinic or cancel the appointment from their Portal.
How do I shut off the call feature?
Noterro does not support receiving incoming calls through the dedicated number. There is no inbound call feature to shut off. To disable outbound voice reminders, turn them off in your notification templates.

To disable phone call reminders while keeping SMS reminders enabled, log in as Admin and go to Templates in your settings. Under Patient Notifications, find the Voice or Phone Call reminder and disable it. Alternatively, when booking appointments, uncheck the call reminder box but leave the SMS reminder box checked to keep SMS active.
