Is there a way to generate a “top patient” list Ex: top 10 patients with the most visits throughout the year?
You could run an Events report for the year, export it CSV and open in Excel or Google Sheets. From there create a pivot table which will provide the top patients.
Does the patient search function not search using patient ID numbers?
The patient search function in Noterro does not support searching by patient ID numbers. You can search for patients using other identifiers such as their name, email, or phone number.
Is there a way to email client list of available openings?
Noterro does not have a built-in feature to automatically email clients a list of available openings. However, you can manually create an email with the available openings and send it to your clients.

You are unable to search patients by their ID number located on their profile.

I'm trying to find the timestamps for uploaded files for a patient. How can I see this? I can see the uploaded date, but would like to see the time as well?
We don’t have a timestamp for when the documents were uploaded—only the date/day is recorded.

There isn't a built-in way to get a summary of patient profiles created within a specific time period.
How do I check which patients were recently added?
There is no feature to filter or sort patients by their creation date; however, you can manually review the patient list to identify recent additions.
Can I sort clients by newest?
You can filter first vs last name only.
