Practitioners can view reports for Patients without upcoming appointments and see when their last visit dates were to proactively reach out for follow-ups, ensure continuity of care, and optimize scheduling for improved Patient management.
Generate a Report of Patients without Upcoming Appointments
- Log in as the Admin.
- Click on Reports (top left header).
- Under the Patient section, click on Patients Without Appointments.
- Click Download (it will be downloaded as a CSV file).
By following these steps, you can ensure that your practice maintains effective follow-ups and optimizes scheduling, enhancing overall Patient management.

Hi there, I like the concept of this report, however, when I download it to CSV, and then open it, it has the patient's first name twice and no last name. Also, would it be possible to have added the name of the last therapist the patient saw to the download too?
