Are we able to fax through Noterro?

Noterro does not currently support the ability to fax notes directly through the platform. However, you can download or print your documents for faxing outside of Noterro.

Can I scan documents in Noterro?

You would first need to scan the document. Once on your computer, you can upload it to Noterro.

How do I send files to another clinic?

It's not possible to transfer data directly between clinics in Noterro. However, you can download your clinical notes or request a bulk download through customer support

Can you upload pictures and draw on it?

Currently, Noterro does not support uploading images to forms or drawing on images.

Can I add a photo to a template?

Currently, you cannot add photos to Form or Chart templates.

Can I put a credit card on file without Square or Shift4?

No. Card-on-file in Noterro requires a connected payment processor.

How do I turn on the upload option?

You cannot turn on uploads. Uploads are a part of the Plus or Max plans.

If I disconnect from Square it will delete all credit cards on file. Is there another way?

When you disconnect your Square account, you’re asked if you want to keep the cards on file.

Is there a fax option?

Noterro does not support faxing. The three options we have are print, email and download.

Can you read uploaded files and condense them?

Noterro does have file uploads. They can be renamed so you can easily find them within Notero. We do have a preview function of all your files that you can quickly scroll through.

How do I upload a document for all users to access?

The uploading file feature is specific to the Patient Profile.

How would faxing work?

Noterro does not support incoming or outgoing faxes.

Can I create an image template to draw on?

The ability to create a reusable image template specifically for drawing on is not supported as a built-in feature.

Will clients see the files I upload to their profile?

No. Patients cannot see files uploaded to their profile.
