Sharing Uploaded Files to the Patient Portal

In the Patient Portal, you can share your finalized clinical Notes with your Patients. This feature ensures that important information is easily accessible to patients, fostering transparency and communication.

Note: You are unable to share any uploads through the Portal directly. If you need to share uploaded documents, you can download them and send them via your personal email.

How to Share Uploads

Since uploads cannot be shared directly through the Patient Portal, follow these steps to share them via email:

1. Download the necessary uploaded documents from the Patient Portal.
2. Use your personal email to attach the downloaded documents.
3. Send the email directly to your Patient, ensuring all privacy policies are adhered to.
