How do I retrieve a deleted client?
You cannot retrieve a deleted patient. Deleting a patient is permanent.

Why is the delete option for a patient not available?
The delete button is only available for Patients without records in the clinic. Deleting a Patient is permanent. If a Patient has a finalized note that you cannot delete, please contact us at support@noterro.com to have it reverted to draft so you can delete it.
Can I hide my address until someone is confirmed that I want them as a new client?
Noterro does not have a feature to hide your address until a client is confirmed. Address visibility settings are not customizable in this manner.
How do I delete a client?
Clinics can only delete a client when no data exists on the profile. Data includes SOAP notes, forms, invoices. If any record appears on the client's file, then in this case, clinics can hide the client instead.

How do I move a patient file out of the archives?
If you've previously archived and hidden a Patient and want to show them again, click Search in the main navigation, then Search for the Patient, and go to their Profile and click the Three dots to the right of the Patient's name, and lastly, click Show.
