Delete Credit Card from Patient Account

You may want to delete a credit card from a patient's account for various reasons. This article will guide you through the process of deleting a credit card from a patient's profile.

Deleting a Credit Card

Follow these steps to remove a credit card from the patient's account:

1. Click on the Patient's name.
2. Click on Credit Cards.
3. Click on the Garbage Can icon of the credit card you want to delete.
4. Click Delete.

Important Note: To store or delete a credit card on file, Noterro must be integrated with one of two payment integration platforms: Square or Shift4 (formerly Worldline/Bambora).
