In Noterro, when a notification states instant, that means the notification will not be sent unless you manually send it.
Can you remove someone from the suppression list?
Please email support@noterro.com with the patient's email that you would like to be removed from the suppression list.

If a client has unsubscribed by mistake, the clinic will need to contact support@noterro.com to have them removed from the email suppression list.
How do I disable SMS reminders for a specific patient’s recurring appointments?
SMS reminders are managed per appointment. You cannot stop SMS reminders for a single patient across all their recurring appointments simultaneously. To disable SMS reminders, you must manually uncheck the SMS reminder box for each appointment when booking or editing it.
