Turn Off Patient Reminders
Turn off reminder notifications during appointment booking or class scheduling.
Method One: Booking an Appointment
- Log in as the Admin or Practitioner.
- From the Calendar, click the desired date and time.
- Under Appointments, type in an Existing Patient or add a New Patient.
- Select the Service.
- Scroll down to Reminders.
- Uncheck the boxes of the reminders you no longer want to send to the Patient.
- Click Save.
Method Two: Scheduling a Class
- From the Calendar, click on the desired date and time.
- Under Class, select the Service and participation capacity.
- Scroll down to Reminders.
- Uncheck the boxes of the reminders you no longer want to send to the Patient.
- Click Save.
By following these steps, you can effectively manage the notification preference according to your schedule needs. Adjust them accordingly for operational efficiency.
