Agreements are like consent forms, where the Practitioner would like the Patient to read and/or sign, stating they understand. In contrast, Forms ask the Patient to fill out information.

Unselecting the signature field in the CMS-1500 form will remove this error message. Navigate to Clinic settings, Insurance and Form Field to locate signature fields.

Only one signature is possible on agreements. If you need multiple signatures, it's best to print the agreement.

To update the practitioner's last name and signature, please log in using the practitioner's credentials. Once logged in, then navigate to the signature setting and update the last name accordingly.
Does deleting an agreement remove it from a patient's profile?
If an agreement is in use, you are unable to delete it, but you can disable it. This keeps the agreement in the existing patient's profile, but is no longer in use for new Patients.

To collect a signature, add an agreement and attach it to the form. Once attached, the client will be able to sign it.

How do I add a signature?
To add a signature: Log in as a Practitioner. Click your Photo or Initials (top right). Select Profile. Under General Information, find the Signature Pad. Click Add or Edit Signature. Draw your signature and save. This signature will appear on invoices, clinical notes, and can be added to forms with agreements requiring signatures.

Can I add DocuSign for clients to sign their health intake sheets?
Noterro does not support adding DocuSign for client signatures. Signatures can only be collected through Noterro's own Agreement forms and signature features.

It is not possible to print a blank agreement without a patient. Noterro doesn't support printing blank agreements.

Clients/patients can’t sign a clinical note. The signature field is only available for Practitioners.
Does Noterro support Medicare forms, such as an Advance Beneficiary Notice (ABN)?
Noterro does not have a specific agreement for ABN Medicare. However, you can make one with our agreement templates.
How do I add an agreement to a class?
Currently, forms and agreements cannot be automatically attached to group or class appointments. To send an agreement to a client attending a class, you will need to send it to them manually.
Is there a way to modify dates in history or the date when the forms are signed?
No, for signed forms/agreements, the signature/date is tied to the completed submission. If the date is incorrect or needs to be updated, the safest option would be to have the patient complete/sign the form or agreement again, if appropriate.
