How can I get notified when clients add themselves to the waitlist?

There isn't a way to notify practitioners when clients add themselves to the waitlist.

How can clients on the waitlist be notified via text?

Currently, it's only possible to send waitlist notifications via email.

Is there a way to delete more than one person from the waitlist at a time?

No, patients must be removed from the waitlist individually.

Is it possible to set limits on waitlist?

This isn't supported. There’s no cap setting for a practitioner’s waitlist.

Will the waitlist also be transferred when events are moved to the new location?

If you move events to a new location, the waitlist itself does not automatically transfer.

How do I make waitlists not ongoing?

To make waitlists not ongoing, you can delete a patient's waitlist entry by editing it through the Patient Profile Page or Calendar and selecting Delete, then saving the changes. This stops the waitlist for that patient.

How do I remove people from the waitlist?

In Noterro, removing someone from the waitlist has to be done individually. There isn’t a bulk option to delete multiple people from the waitlist at once. You can remove a patient from the waitlist one at a time from the waitlist area.

Is there a way to be notified when someone adds themselves to the waitlist?

There is no way to notify practitioners when clients add themselves to the waitlist.

Is the waitlist feature available on the mobile app?

Yes. You can fully manage and use the Waitlist feature directly within the mobile app.

Can a patient select a waitlist for a specific service, or is it only by a practitioner only?

A patient can join a waitlist through a practitioner and select a clinic where they want to avail the service.

Can I create the list and patients can add themselves?

Yes, patients can add themselves to waitlist if that feature is enabled in the Web Portal. 

How to get Noterro to notify me when someone joins the waitlist?

Noterro does not automatically notify practitioners when a client adds themselves to the waitlist.
