Do you have a dark mode feature for my Noterro Calendar?
There isn't a dark mode feature for the staff's calendar. Dark mode is only currently support in the patient portal.
How do I change my calendar view to always be set to week view by default?
Currently, the calendar is set to display in Day View by default.
Am I able to set the calendar default to Week display rather than Day?
The calendar display view will depend on the number of practitioners you have in the clinic. If there is more than one practitioner, it will be set to day view, and you will need to manually change it to week view.
Why can’t I view calendar in the month view?
In Noterro, you can view the calendar in Day, Week or Month by selecting the D, W, M in the Calendar page.
How to remove weekends from calendar view?
To remove weekends from your calendar view, log in as Admin, go to Settings > Calendar, then under Calendar Display Preferences, deselect Saturday and Sunday from the days of the week displayed. This will hide weekends from your calendar view.
How to remove a phone number from a printed calendar?
You cannot remove the phone number from the printed calendar, as it is a required field for your clinic information.
Is there a way to hide calendar details from a shared/integrated calendar?

How to minimize the calendar sidebar?
Currently, the calendar sidebar is a permanent fixture on the desktop view to ensure quick navigation and optimal screen utilization. Unlike the mobile or tablet layouts—which automatically collapse or offer an option to hide the sidebar to accommodate smaller screens—the desktop layout keeps the sidebar visible at all times.
Can you view week on one screen on phone?
Yes, you can have day and week view on a mobile device.
How to reorder practitioners on calendar?
This is not currently possible.
How to hide cancelled appointments in the calendar?
To do this, Go to the Calendar. In the left sidebar, click Show Cancelled Appointments to toggle it off (so cancelled entries don’t display).
How can I tell the difference on the calendar if it is an at-clinic or go appointment?
Noterro doesn’t have a dedicated visual indicator that labels an appointment as in-clinic vs Noterro GO/mobile at a glance. However, they can use the calendar colour functionality to help visually differentiate appointment types if they set up separate services for in-clinic vs GO/mobile appointments and assign different colours to those services.
Why are some of the appointments on my calendar a solid color and others just have the stripe at the top?

How do I make my calendar have higher cells so that I can see the names of people on the schedule?
You can adjust the zoom level of your device.
Why do some clients have a star on their booking?
The star icon means the appointment is for a new patient. If you see a star on a client’s booking, that appointment is associated with a first-time patient status.
What is time slot duration in calendar display preferences?
Time Slot Duration controls the size of the time blocks shown in the internal calendar—for example, whether the calendar is divided into shorter or longer visible intervals.
It changes the calendar display only; it does not change appointment durations or client online-booking availability.
Can I print my schedule for the day from the calendar?
