Can I change the calendar time increments?
Currently, the system snaps to 15-minute intervals when booking or dragging appointments. We have this feature on our roadmap, allowing you to change the increments offered on the calendar, but there is no ETA.
How can I create availability for two locations at the same time on my calendar?
It's not possible for a practitioner to have concurrent availability.
Can I get my calendar availability back after deleting it by mistake?
Once availability is deleted from the calendar in Noterro, it cannot be retrieved.

There isn't a feature in Noterro to automatically email clients when new availability opens up.
Is there a way to make a specific availability not bookable online?
Noterro does not have a feature that allows you to disable online booking for certain hours/ days.
Can you set certain available times for certain appointment types?
Noterro does not have a feature that lets you set specific times for specific services.
The colour of my availability is yellow, and hard to see on the calendar?
You can change the colour of your calendar in the Base setup under location settings.
No section or setting for maximum lead time?
If you do not want to restrict your max lead time, you should set it to Indefinitely into the future. If you would like to disable online bookings in Noterro, please follow these steps: 1. Click on the Settings icon 2. Select Web Portal and App 3. Make sure the Portal Status is Not Enabled
How do I send clients emails about my availability if I have openings?
Currently, there isn't a built-in feature to email your clinic's availability directly through Noterro. However, you can still get the word out effectively! You can use the megaphone icon in the calendar header to promote your availability on social media. Alternatively, if you prefer email, you can export your client list and use a marketing platform like Mailchimp to send out a personalized availability campaign.
