Is there a notification when a new participant books into a class?

There isn't a notification sent when a new participant books into a class. The only class notification is when a new class is booked.

Can clients RSVP for classes through the email?

No, patients cannot RSVP to classes.

How do clients book a block of classes?

Noterro does not currently support booking a block of classes directly through the online booking platform. Clients can book individual classes, but if they wish to book multiple classes at once, they would need to do so one by one.

Can Noterro populate a group email based on certain criteria?

Noterro does not support building or sending group/bulk emails based on filters or criteria within the app.

How do I add a new calendar just for classes?

Noterro doesn't offer a calendar just for classes

Where is the icon to create a new class on the calendar area?

There is no exact icon location for creating a new class from the calendar.

Can I send group texts?

Bulk SMS to multiple patients at once is not supported in Noterro. Text messaging in Noterro is designed for one-to-one communications (e.g., automated reminders, confirmations, or direct messages tied to a single patient).

Am I able to send out an invitation to the mobile massage class?

Noterro does not currently have a built-in feature to send out invitations for classes or events directly. You would need to manually send invitations through your email client or another communication platform.

So how can I use Groupon?

There is no Groupon Feature in Noterro; however, you can create custom discounts and apply them to the invoice.

Is there a way to set a class without specifying a maximum number of participants?

No, it is not possible to create a class without setting a maximum number of participants. Every class must have a defined participant limit.

Create/manage a waitlist for a class specifically?

Waitlist are linked to treatment bookings because it's specific to time slots. Noterro does not have waitlist option for classes.

Where can I see how many openings are left for a class?

Open the class event on the calendar. Under the class details, it will display how many spots are still available.
