How do I add an email template?
You cannot add an email template in Noterro. However, you can modify email templates in Noterro to suit your clinic's communication needs.
Can my email reminders, confirmations, and appointment emails include the price of the appointment my client has booked?
Yes, you can edit a Patient Notification template and add the cost of treatment variable.
Where is the template for group booking notification? How to edit the notification for group booking?
To edit the booking confirmation or reminder:
- Log in as an Admin .
- Click the Gear icon in the top-right.
- Select Templates .
- Scroll to Patient Notifications > Classes
- Select the confirmation or reminder notification you want to update.
- Edit the email subject/body as needed, then click Save .
