How do I reverse a merge?

The merge cannot be reversed or undone once the profiles have been merged.

I just need to remove the part that asks them for their emergency contacts' relationship to them?

If you want to edit sections, categories, questions, or text on a form that is in use, you must duplicate the form before you can edit it.

How do I merge client charts/?

Currently, Noterro does not support merging client charts directly.

No, there isn't a way to get a list of clients that have duplicate profiles.

How can I see all potential duplicate clients?

To view potential duplicate profiles, navigate to the Patients page and click the people icon located right next to the Add Patient button.
