How can I add Tag Attributes?

There isn't a way to add tag attributes directly; you can email us at support@noterro.com requesting more attributes to be added.

Is there a way to see how many returning patients there are, like a percentage, for example?

Yes, under Reports, go to analytics, and you can see how many patients are new and returning for certain time periods.

Is it possible to autoapply labels to new patients?

Noterro does not have a feature to automatically apply labels to new patients. Labels need to be manually added to patient profiles

Is there a way to bulk tag clients?

No, there is no way to bulk tag clients in Noterro.

When adding tags to complete charting, you are required to select an attribute. Can these attributes be edited?

Once you add a tag to the charting and select an attribute, you cannot edit that attribute. You can only replace it with a different attribute.
