In Noterro, each service can automate only one form. If you want to automate multiple forms, you would need to set up multiple services, each automating a different form. Unfortunately, there's no way to add multiple forms to a single service without creating new services for each form.
Can a practitioner be given access to make new forms?
No, only the Admin has the ability to manage clinic settings, which includes creating and managing new forms. Practitioners do not have the permission to create new forms. If you need a new form created, you would need to coordinate with the Admin of your clinic.
Are there prenatal forms in Noterro?
Noterro does not have specific prenatal forms available. However, you can create custom forms directly within the system to meet your specific needs, including prenatal forms.
Can I export a blank intake form as a PDF?
You cannot export blank intake forms directly; you can go to printing settings and save as a PDF.

You can upload forms into the Patient profile under uploads. However, you cannot upload a form as a template. You will need to create a custom template using Noterro widgets.

No, you cannot run a report to view intake forms. To view them, open the patient's profile and select forms. There you will see the history of all intake forms the patient completed.
How can I require a card to be on file when I send someone the intake form instead of them booking online?

Patient forms cannot be downloaded in bulk directly through the system; instead, they must be downloaded individually by printing to PDF. However, you can contact customer support to request a bulk download if needed.
For the account logo. Can you make it show larger on my client intake forms?
You cannot make the account logo larger on client intake forms. The ideal logo size is 300px wide by 150px high, and the space around the logo on forms is fixed and cannot be adjusted.
