When I click save for the updated info in the form request template it gives an error message that I need to verify my email address, but no email is sent to me. It will not save my updates?

When editing Patient Notification Templates, you must verify your email address by sending an email to support@noterro.com. This verification is required before saving updates. If you don't receive an automatic email, please send one manually to support to complete verification and enable saving your changes
