Can I block a patient from booking with a specific therapist?
It is not possible to block a patient from booking with a specific practitioner in Noterro.
Can’t find label restrictions?
Labels can be found on either the Plus or Max Subscription: You would click on the Patients icon, look at the left side bar, under Labels. You can add new labels or manage existing ones.
Can I block new clients from booking specific days?
No, you cannot block new clients from booking specific days.
How do I block off time on my calendar?
To block time off on your calendar, click the desired time, select "Break" at the top, fill in the details, and click Save. This will block off that time in your calendar.
If I block a client, will they know that they've been blocked?
No, the system does not notify clients when they are blocked.
Can someone see if I block them from booking online?
No (only the clinic).
How do I block a new client from booking in my booking calendar?
Currently, Noterro does not have a feature to restrict booking exclusively to existing clients or to block all new clients as a group.
