Can clients leave feedback/reviews when booking online?
Noterro doesn't have reviews natively built in, but you can set up your email notifications like the Treatment Follow Up Email to include a link to your Google Review page. We advise against collecting reviews within any booking platform because transferring reviews may become problematic if you decide to switch platforms.
Do you charge a fee to migrate?
Noterro does not charge a fee for data migration. You can book a migration call with a Migration Specialist who will help guide you through the process and schedule the migration based on your specific situation.
Can I import payment history?
No, you cannot import payment history in Noterro.
How do I configure to send email upon payment?
In Noterro, receipts are not sent automatically once a payment is inputted; you need to manually send the email through the three dots on the top right of the invoice.
Can I add a payment link to patient emails?
Noterro does not have a specific payment link that can be attached to emails, you would need to manually add a payment link to the email templates section. However, if billing is enabled in your Web Portal & App feature, Patients can pay using their App.
How do I connect two patient profiles for payment?
You are unable to combine two patient profiles or invoices for payment. Each Patient profile is separate and so are their invoices.
Can I search for a payment based on an amount?
The search bar is able to locate patients, Invoice or Transaction numbers , and labels.
Can a practitioner do their own payment in Noterro?
No, Noterro does not support two payment processors. The practitioner would need to handle their own payments outside Noterro.
Why does the insurance payment show as payable to the insured member instead of the clinic?
Sometimes the payee changes due to the patient's policy plan, where the plan will only reimburse the Patient.
Can I email a patient a payment link for their invoice?
There is no built-in payment link feature. However, you can manually add a payment URL to your email templates. Patients can also pay outstanding balances through the portal if billing is enabled in Web Portal & App settings.
If I cancel an appointment, does the payment get cancelled automatically?
No. Cancelling an appointment does not automatically cancel or refund the payment. You would need to manually delete the invoice or process a refund.
Is there a way to provide a link to clients so they can enter credit card information?
Noterro does not have a feature that allows you to send clients a direct link to enter credit card information. Clients can add their credit card details when making a payment or booking an appointment, but there isn't a specific request link feature for this purpose.
