No-show fees are not automatically applied. You would need to adjust the invoice accordingly and then process the payment.
Can Noterro import previous payments from Square?
Noterro does not support importing previous payment data from Square. If you're migrating from Square to Noterro, you can export your patient list and appointment history from Square, but payment data will need to be managed separately.
Can I use different Payment systems that are not Square or Shift4?
Yes, you can use any payment system you prefer. When collecting the payment, you must manually input the payment method into the invoice.

Noterro does not store full credit card details itself. Credit cards are securely stored by integrated payment processors like Shift4 and Square, and Noterro maps these saved cards to patient profiles for easy reuse, enabling payment processing without storing card data directly.
What happens when a client's card on file expires?
Nothing happens automatically. The system does not require the client to add a new card when their existing card on file expires.
