Can you set up automatic late cancellation fees when a client cancels the portal?

No, but you can create an invoice which is linked to the appointment and then adjust the fee on the invoice accordingly.

Can I charge someone a cancellation fee automatically?

Noterro does not currently support automatically charging a cancellation fee. However, you can manually add a cancellation fee to an invoice.

How do you charge a late cancellation fee?

Noterro does not have a cancellation fee; you will need to create a service called Cancellation fee with a price you would like to charge the Patient. Once a Patient cancels, you can create an invoice for this service and charge the patient.

Can I set a different cancellation policy just for one location?

You can make different agreements with cancellation policies for each location.
