How do patients track their packages?
There isn't a specific feature for patients to track packages. Patients would typically receive updates or information directly from the clinic or practitioner managing their care.

You can see which Patients are on membership when going to the Billing Page and the membership section, then filter it to your preference.
Can you roll over sessions from a previous month in a membership?
There is no automatic role or feature for memberships. Any unused sessions from the previous month cannot be carried over. If a session needs to be credited, the client can add the service into the appointment and zero out the invoice.
Do I get 300 credits every month with my membership?
Each clinic starts with 300 credits. Scribe AI uses 16 credits per minute. Each credit costs $0.01 USD. You can refill credits anytime in the Noterro subscription section of your account.
Can I sell memberships through email?
No, you cannot sell memberships through email.
If someone buys a 6-hour massage package, can they use them for 30 or 60-minute sessions?

Yes, you can make a package shareable between clients within a family by following these steps: Redeem the package on the primary client's invoice. Add a 100% discount labeled "Package Transfer" for the other client. Create an invoice for the second client and apply the discount to zero out the invoice.
Is it possible to pause a membership?
Currently, Noterro does not offer the ability to pause memberships or edit the renewal date directly from the membership screen.
Can I create a receipt for a package?
You can create an invoice for a package by adding it as a product or service to an invoice. Once paid, the invoice serves as the receipt.
Is there a way to add a setup fee or initial fee to a membership?
Yes, you can add these fees as products in Base Setup. These additional charges can also be integrated into package templates.

To adjust a package, log in as Admin, go to Templates, find the package template, click Edit, make necessary changes, and save
How many different membership templates can I create?
