Can clients schedule online using a gift card?

Noterro does not currently support the use of gift cards for online scheduling. Clients can book appointments online, but they would need to use one of the available payment options configured in your Online Booking Payment Policy.

How do I set up sliding scale pricing?

Noterro doesn't have sliding scale pricing support.

Currently, Noterro does not have a feature to send offers or promotions directly to clients via text message.

Can I apply a default discount to a specific service?

Noterro doesn’t have a built-in “default discount per service” that auto-applies to every invoice for that service.

How do I create a gift certificate?

Currently, Noterro does not support gift certificates. However, there are workarounds for creating a gift certificate.

Can I add a discount to all my services for a set period of time?

You cannot add a discount for a duration of time, you would need to apply a discount to each invoice for that particular month.

Can gift certificates be set up through the portal?

Noterro does not offer gift certificates

How do I add a birthday discount to a payment?

Noterro does not have automated birthday discounts. You will need to make a discount called Birthday and apply it to the patient's invoice.

Does Noterro support online gift cards?

Noterro does not support Gift cards or Online Gift Cards. However, we do offer a workaround to provide a gift card.

How do I add a promotion?

We don't currently have a built-in promotional feature. It is currently on a roadmap; however, you can manually create a discount and add it to the invoice to reflect the promotional price

No, clients cannot access or apply discounts through the web portal.
