Locating TELUS Health eClaims Setup Values

This article lists the values you must obtain from your TELUS eClaims account and where you can find them.

Organization Name & Organization ID

If you're registered with TELUS Health as an Organization, follow these steps:

1. Log in to the eClaims portal with an administrator account.
2. Click the Menu displayed at the top left of the page.
3. Your Telus Provider ID (4-7 digits) is under the organization name.

Location ID

This is a 5-7 digit number issued by TELUS Health. To find your Location ID, follow these steps:

1. Log in to the eClaims portal with an Administrator Account.
2. Click Menu on the top left of the page.
3. Click the Business Profile category.
4. Under the Service Address box your Location ID will be present. 

Username

This is the same username you use to log into the eClaims portal. TELUS Health eClaims usernames have a specific format, such as XX0000123456. Your username is located under your Profile picture at the top right of the page.

Password

This is the same password you use to log in to the TELUS Health eClaims portal. If you change your password, you'll need to update this as well.

First & Last Name

Enter your first and last name exactly as they appear in your TELUS Health eClaims account.

First & Last Name (other providers)

Use the name listed under the Associate Provider section of the TELUS Health eClaims portal.

License ID

This is the license number issued by the provider’s college or association. The license number entered should match what was provided to TELUS during the initial registration process. If there are leading zeroes or spaces in the license number, you will need to include them. Note that the Licence ID is not displayed on the TELUS eClaims portal.

Provider ID

This will be a 4-7 digit number. Follow the steps below to find a Provider CPR ID:

1. Log in to the eClaims portal with an administrator account.
2. Click the Menu button on the top left of the page.
3. Select Provider category
4. The Provider IDs for all Associate Providers are listed.

Important Note: Your Provider ID is under your Profile at the top right of the page for Independents. If you do not see a number under the Profile section, use the TELUS Provider ID located under the Menu section, which is the same.
