You may need to void a submitted eClaim if there is an error or incorrect information in the original submission.
Void a Submitted eClaim
Follow these steps to void an eClaim:
- Click on the Invoice that has an eClaim approved.
- Select View TELUS eClaim, or click on the Claim and click View.
- Click VOID.
Once the eClaim is voided, any errors or incorrect information in the original submission can be rectified, and you can resubmit a corrected claim.
