When you create a claim in Noterro and you are connected to Telus eClaims, you can Submit a claim, or check Eligibility.
Creating a Claim
- Add an Invoice
- Make sure you add a TELUS connected Practitioner to the invoice
- Add a Billing Code (the TELUS Billing Codes are preloaded based on the Practitioner's discipline)
- You have 3 options to add a claim. You can Copy from a previous claim, add it to an Active Policy, or add a New Policy, then add your claim
- Click Preview TELUS eClaim
- Fix any errors
- Agree to the Terms and Conditions set forth by TELUS at the bottom of the form
- Click Check Eligibility or Submit Claim
