When you create a claim in Noterro connected to Telus eClaims, you can Submit a claim or check eligibility.
Creating a Claim
- Add an Invoice.
- Make sure you add a TELUS-connected Practitioner to the invoice.
- Add a Billing Code (the TELUS Billing Codes are preloaded based on the Practitioner's discipline).
- You can Copy from a previous claim, add it to an Active Policy, or add a New Policy, then add your claim.
- Click Preview TELUS eClaim.
- Fix any errors.
- Agree to the Terms and Conditions set forth by TELUS at the bottom of the form.
- Click Check Eligibility or Submit Claim.
