Fixing the Drawing Tool on iPad

You may find that the drawing tool doesn't work on your iPad, and when you touch the diagram, the screen only scrolls up and down. Here are the steps to switch off the setting on the iPad.

1. Open the Settings app on your iPad.
2. Scroll down the page and click on Safari.
3. Scroll down the page and click on Request Desktop Website.
4. Ensure the switch is Off for 'All Websites.'
