Can I Delete or Edit a Finalized Clinical Note?

Once a clinical note has been finalized in Noterro, it cannot be deleted. However, you can add an addendum to the finalized note if you need to make additional comments or corrections.

If the note is less than seven days old, you can revert it to a draft by selecting 'Revert to Draft,' which allows you to make changes.

If you need to change a note beyond seven days since it was finalized, you will need to submit a request and include the Clinical Note number by emailing support@noterro.com.
