You may encounter a situation in which your Patient informs you that they do not see their clinical notes when they log in to the Web Portal. Here are the steps needed to share notes successfully in the Portal.
Enabling Clinical Notes in Portal
- Log in to Admin.
- Click on the Gear icon.
- Go to Web Portal & App.
- Enable the Web Portal & App.
- Enable the Clinical Notes feature.
- Go into Patient Clinical Note.
- On the left sidebar, where it shows Web Portal, press Share.
Important Note: Only Admins can share notes on the portal.
