You thought you were sharing notes in the web portal but your patient/client has informed you that they are not visible. For notes to be shared successfully in the portal you must have completed all these steps.
- Enable the Web Portal & App
- Enable the Clinical Notes feature on the Web Portal settings page
- Toggle on "Share in Web Portal" on a Finalized note
*Only Admins can share notes in the Portal
