Create Your Noterro Clinic
- Create your Noterro clinic, if you haven't already.
Setup Your Noterro Clinic
- Set up your clinic as you watch the Noterro Crash Course.
- If you plan to import appointments, ensure all practitioners, services, and locations have been created.
Have Your Data Migration Call
- Book your data migration call.
- During the call, we will assess your specific situation and provide a tailored migration plan.
- We will address any questions and review exportable data from your existing provider.
We Will Import Your Data
- Be available for questions during the data import process.
- We will notify you through a support ticket when the import is complete.
Online Booking Setup
If you're using online booking, complete the following steps. If not, you can skip this section.
- Schedule your availability and set up your online booking page.
- Inform your patients about switching to a new online booking platform, and let them know to expect an email invitation soon.
- Ensure online booking is enabled and future availability is set up so you're ready to accept bookings.
- Publish your new online booking URL publicly and send any other necessary communication.
- Use the Bulk Patient Invite tool to send invitations to patients with an email address on file.
If a patient doesn't have an email address on file, inform them about your new online booking URL through other means (e.g., text message or a phone call), allowing them to book online and create an account in the process. Once they do, they will appear on your dashboard and can be merged into their existing patient profile.
