If you're transitioning from Setmore to Noterro, you'll need to upload your Patient List with as much detail as possible. Here's a comprehensive guide on how to migrate your data efficiently.
Exporting your Setmore Patients
To begin, navigate to Customers in Setmore and click the hamburger menu next to the search field. From there, select Export customers.
Setmore will then email a CSV file of your customers to the account owner’s email address. Be sure to check your email for that file shortly after exporting it from Setmore.

Exporting your Setmore Appointments
Start by going to Settings > Account > Basic Reporting.
Use the dropdown menus to specify a Start Date, End Date, or to filter results by Services, Staff, or Classes. Click Generate Report to retrieve your data (it may take a few moments to load).
Optionally, use the column headers to sort your data in ascending or descending order. Finally, click the Export as .XLS button to download a spreadsheet of your data.
