Exporting Your Patients from DrChrono
To migrate your patient information from DrChrono, you'll need to upload your Patient List export with as much detail as possible. DrChrono provides user-friendly export options for your data.
- Select the Patients tab from your menu bar.
- Choose Patient List from the drop-down menu.
- Click the Export (CSV) button in the top right corner to download the file.

Exporting Your DrChrono Appointments
Follow similar steps to export your appointments:
- Select the Reports tab.
- Choose the Appointment Report.
- Apply as many filter options as possible; more information is beneficial for migration.
- Ensure you run the report for the full date range of your appointments (both past and future).
- Click the Export to File button.

Exporting Charts from DrChrono
