Combining Two Noterro Accounts

If you have multiple Noterro accounts and wish to combine them into a single account, this article provides important information on how to transfer your profile data.

What Data Can Be Transferred?

At this time, we're only able to transfer profile information from one Noterro account to another. Profile information includes:

• Name
• Address
• Date of Birth (DOB)
• Doctor information

Please note that only profile data can be transferred. Other information, such as appointment history or treatment notes, cannot be moved between accounts.

Steps to Combine Accounts

1. Choose Your Primary Account:
   Decide which Noterro account will be the primary account where the profile information will be transferred.

2. Transfer Profile Information:
   You can transfer only profile information (e.g., name, address, DOB, doctor) to the primary account. Ensure all necessary information is current in the account you wish to transfer from.
