User accounts are required to make online bookings and access your Web Portal. However, Patient profiles within your clinic may not have existing user accounts to book online. To solve this, you can send up to 500 user invitations to Patients if they have an email saved to their profile in your clinic. If you need to send more than 500 invitations, you can simply repeat the process until your entire clinic has been sent an invitation. When the invite is sent, it displays the number of days remaining until expiration. The invite will automatically expire after 7 days.
Sending User Account Invitations
- Log in as an Admin.
- Click on the Patient icon (top left header).
- Click on the Three Dots next to the Add Patient button.
- Click Bulk Invite Patients.
- Select all the Profiles or Individual Profiles.
- Click Send.
Important Note: Before you send bulk invites, we strongly recommend that you email your Patients to let them know they will get an email from Noterro. Otherwise, they may ignore or miss the email. Also, these invitations may take a few minutes to send and receive.
