User accounts are necessary for making online bookings and accessing your Web Portal. However, Patient profiles in your clinic may not have existing user accounts to facilitate this. You can send up to 500 user invitations to Patients who have an email saved to their profile in your clinic. If you need to send more than 500 invitations, you can repeat the process until all Patients in your clinic have received an invitation. Upon sending the invite, it will show the number of days remaining until it expires. Invitations automatically expire after 7 days. Additionally, Patients are removed from the bulk invite list after the invitation is sent, ensuring they are not included if you need to repeat the process.
Sending User Account Invitations
- Log in as an Admin.
- Click on Patient (top left header).
- Click on the Three Dots next to the Add Patient button.
- Click Bulk Invite Patients.
- Select all the Profiles or choose individual Profiles.
- Click Send.
Important Note: Before sending bulk invites, we strongly recommend emailing your Patients to inform them they will receive an email from Noterro. This helps ensure they don't ignore or miss the email. Please note that these invitations may take a few minutes to send and receive.
