Migrating from Wix to Noterro

If you're moving from Owl Practice to Noterro, here's how to export your contacts and appointments from Wix.

Export Your Contacts from Wix

Follow these steps to download your contacts:

1. Go to your Contact List in Wix.
2. Click the More Actions icon.
3. Click Export Contacts.
4. Select the second toggle: By Label.
5. Select All Contacts from the dropdown.
6. Choose the Regular CSV file option.
7. Click Export.

The CSV file will download to your device and can be uploaded in the import area in Noterro. To transfer a specific set of contacts, filter the list using Selected Contacts. For more detailed instructions, please refer to Wix's guide: Exporting Your Contacts.

Export Your Appointments from Wix

To transfer your appointments, follow these steps:

1. Open the Bookings List in your Wix dashboard.
2. In the Date Range fields, enter your desired timeframe to capture both past and upcoming appointments.
3. Click the Search button.
4. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to load all of the bookings.
5. Click Download CSV at the top.
