Sharing Clinical Notes with Patients in the Portal

Administrators can securely share notes through the Web Portal with their Patients.   

Share Finalized Notes with Patients

1. Ensure the Web Portal & App is enabled.
2. Ensure the Note Sharing feature of the portal is enabled.
3. Click on a Patient's name.
4. Click on the Clinical Notes tab in the Sidebar.
5. Select a Finalized note.
6. In the left sidebar, under Web Portal, click share.
7. In the pop-up window, Select Share. 

Important Note: Each finalized note must be selected and explicitly shared on the Portal. There is no bulk action capability to share clinical notes.
