Creating and Restarting a Scribe

As a Practitioner, you may look for ways to improve day-to-day efficiencies. Using Scribe, our AI-powered voice-to-note tool, you can perform more accurate clinical note-taking faster. Instead of taking the time to write or type your notes out, Scribe transcribes your clinical notes for you.

Method One: From the Patient Profile

1. Go to Patient Profile.
2. Click on Clinical Notes.
3. Select Add Note.
4. On the left sidebar, select Scribe.
5. When you are ready to speak, click the Microphone icon and wait for the countdown to begin speaking.
6. When done speaking, click the Pause button.
7. If you are happy with the recording, click Upload.

Method Two: From the Calendar

1. Click on the Patient's name in the Calendar.
2. Click on the Add Clinical Note button.   
3. On the left sidebar, select Scribe.
4. When you are ready to speak, click the Microphone icon and wait for the countdown.
5. When done speaking, click the Pause button.
6. If you are happy with the recording, click Upload.

Restarting a Scribe

1. In the Clinical Note, on the left sidebar, select Scribe.
2. When you are ready to speak, click the Microphone Icon and wait for the countdown to begin speaking.
3. When done speaking, click the Pause button.
4. If you are unhappy with the recording, click the Restart button and select Yes, Restart option.
5. When you are ready to record again, click the Microphone Icon and wait for the countdown.
6. When done speaking, click the Pause button.
7. If you are happy with the recording, click Upload.

Important Note: Stay on the screen as Scribe uploads to the Patient profile. If you exit the screen, your voice note may not upload properly.
