Documenting Infection Prevention in a Clinical Note

You may want to or be required to document the procedures you use to prevent the spread of diseases.

1. Add a Clinical note from the client/patient profile or from the appointment
2. Click on the Infection Prevention tab next to the Assessment tab
3. Select the appropriate procedures you followed to prevent infections from spreading
4. Finalize the Note
