Documenting Infection Prevention

Add a clinical note from the patient's profile or the appointment.

1. Log in to the system and navigate to the Patient Profile or appointment where you wish to add a note.
2. Click on the Infection Prevention tab in the left sidebar.
3. Select the Appropriate Procedures you followed to prevent infection.
4. Review the note to ensure accuracy and completeness.
5. Finalize the note to save your documentation.
