Send Forms or Agreements via Email
Follow these steps to email forms or agreements to your patients:
- Log in as the Admin or with appropriate permissions.
- Navigate to the Patient's Profile.
- Click Forms located in the patient's profile menu.
- Click Add Form to begin the process.
- Select the form or agreement you wish to send.
- Choose Email as the method of delivery.
Once sent, your patient will receive the selected forms or agreements via email, providing convenience for both the clinic and the patient.

Here's how to email an intake form from your system.
- Navigate to the Patient’s Profile as the Admin.
- Click Forms.
- Click Add Form and select the desired intake form.
- Choose Email as the delivery method.
- Click Send.
