Although most forms emailed to Patients are successfully delivered, some may not reach them and end up in the Patient's spam folder or get filtered out before reaching them. Here's how you can try resending the form.
- Click on the Dashboard.
- Under the Incomplete Form section.
- Click the Three dots to the right of the Patient's name.
- Click on Resend to send the form again.
- Optionally, click Copy Link to send the form from your email.
