How to Update Patient Information In-Person with Noterro

Sometimes, patients may not complete their forms ahead of time, even if they have been emailed to them. In such cases, you can fill out the forms together with the patient in person. Here are your options for completing the forms in-person:

Options for In-Person Form Completion

• Proceed without Lock: This option allows you to keep your Noterro account unlocked. When the patient has completed filling out their form, they still won't gain access to your Noterro account. This option is ideal if the practitioner is asking the patient questions and filling out the form on their computer.
• Proceed and Lock: Choosing this option will lock your Noterro account, requiring you to sign back in to access it again. After the patient completes the form, they cannot access your Noterro account because it was locked during the process.

Steps to Locate Incomplete Forms

1. Go to the Home Page (located in the top left header).
2. Access the Forms and Agreement Box.
3. Find the patient and the incomplete form.
4. Click on the three dots next to the form.
5. Select "Open" from the dropdown menu.
6. Choose either "Proceed without Lock" or "Proceed and Lock" based on your preference.

By following these steps, you can ensure that patient forms are completed and stored properly, with or without locking your Noterro account, according to your preference.
