The Summarize feature allows you to condense information from a Patient's Intake Form, highlighting key aspects of their health history for you to review prior to their Initial Appointment. Please note that this feature is AI-based and may not always be perfect. You can summarize forms multiple times, with each summary costing five credits. Practitioners have the option to copy and add the summary to their clinical notes or delete it. Once copied and pasted, summaries can be edited as needed.
