User accounts are used for online booking. In your clinic, patient/client profiles may not have user accounts to book online. You can send up to 500 user account invitations to patients/clients if they have an email saved to their profile. If you need to send more than 500, you can repeat the process until you entire clinic has been sent invitations.
- Login as an Admin
- Click on the Patient/Client icon (left header)
- Click on the Three Dots next to the Add Patient/Client button
- Click Bulk Invite Users
- Select all the Profiles or Individual Profiles
- Click Send (it may take a few minutes for invitations to be sent)
